From a graphic design standpoint, your website is very well presented.
However I would add a contact form to your main page, to quickly
gather email addresses from people who are in a hurry and don't have
time to read the site.
Also, offer them something for providing their email address, such as
a whitepaper titled "How to Save $1000 a Month with a Virtual Assistant".
