Looks good but might I point out that many people (including me) do not
use a desktop email application.
Could you add a contact form instead of a script that tries to bring up
an email app on your web site?

I don't know how many of you need some type of way to keep track of
your customer data, orders, items you sell, etc. But I created this
software awhile back for fun that I initially intended to sell for a
small fee, but have not really got around to advertising or even
