www.adsonwheels.com and www.adsmart.com do those car mural type ads. There are also companies that will pay you money to put those type of ads on your car. The cost for a mural will vary due to complexity and design.
Fedexkinkos also does those window sticker type lettering ads as well. The ones that you would put on your rear quarter glass or your back-light (I guess you could also put them on your sheet metal as well).
