I would like to recommend to anyone wanting to learn a new software program to head on over to www.lynda.com. For $25/month (no commitment) you can view online all sorts of educational videos for software such as QuickBooks, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Quark, and so on and so forth. It is such a bargain, and it is very helpful. If you don't "get" something you just rewind. You can watch it when you are available to watch it. They have free samples. Check it out.
