to your local banks and they will give you a local economic forecast
for free. How are local merchants doing. What business does your area
need. Is there a reason people would buy from you: Cheaper-you are a
better liked person than the other guy- You have a better delivery
plan-You have a better name than the other guy. You are American -
Indian-British ect and the other guy is a outsider. -You are more
functional(a big factor) You sell twenty pound dog food bags for more
than the local store but you deliver them and the store dont. Half of
the people in your area can not lift the bag. Put your product to the
test. Remember the odd varriables: They buy off you because your
family has a good name in the area.-They buy off you because they are
