Hi Nancy,

I think it's good to write articles and submit them to article
directories as that brings me traffic. You can also think of related
information for press releases around holidays in terms of recipes
and healthy eating tips as newspapers like to have releases about
events and special occassions.

Also you can write articles/press releases related to different
health conditions and suggestions to counter them via nutritional
approaches.
