[entrepreneurs] Re: Looking for ideas and Suggestions

Dominick,

Here's my review of your website:

First, get rid of your initial "squeeze" page. Use Home1.html instead.

Your squeeze page is obviously not working - probably because you are
making it hard for people to find out about you before you ask them to
"pay" with their contact info. Yes, you have a link to bypass that,
but it's low down and hard to find. Just get rid of the page.

Second, reorder the menu of links. Put them in order of the questions
your visitors are most likely to ask: What kind of business is this?
What are your products? What are your services? Why should I buy from
you? Etc. "About" should be at or near the end of that list.

Third, rewrite your Product and Services pages. You currently list
FEATURES of the stuff you sell. Switch to listing BENEFITS. The
simplest way to do this is to go through your feature list and add
"because ..." after each one. "Print design and production - because
you need the most professional appearance to all of your printed
material." Etc. If you can't come up with a "because" statement for a
feature then maybe that feature isn't really important to the customer.

Fourth, change your case studies so that you have a real webpage for
each and not just a single image. I actually found the case studies to
be the most effective pieces of your website, but they didn't display
well. Taking those images and using them to lay out webpages with the
same information (in text form) and the same photos as separate images
will be very helpful to you.

One last suggestion: Remove the extra page between the "blog" menu
item and the blog itself. Why make the visitor click through an extra
page when you could have simply taken them directly there?

I hope this isn't more critical than you expected. I think if you
follow my suggestions and focus on what the VISITOR is looking for
you'll have a more effective website.
