I have invested in real estate for years now. It is hard work and it
is fun. It can make you a lot of money, and you can lose money, just
like any business. The number one reason that people do not make
money in real estate is because they don't treat it like a real
business.
I personally know Larry Goins, he is very successful in real estate
and has been for years. He is a believer, and one thing that is
great about Larry is that he will answer any question. He doesn't
push your question off to get you to buy his stuff. If anyone in
this group can go to this event it will be worth hearing Larry. His
system is simple, practical and very effective.
It is my understanding that Real estate is the number one method for
creating millionaires. You don't have to take out mortgages, you
don't have to unclog toilets, you don't have to do a lot of things.
But you do have to decide if you are willing to work and invest in
learning how to do real estate in a way that works for you.
I have heard Matt Gillogly several times and have enjoyed his
presentions. I have also heard Donna Bauer who is excellent. You
have a great selection of speakers.
This is definetly a great opportunity. I wish my daughters were
interested in business, but they are not. If anyone has a teenager
who is interested in any type of business, they will learn a lot of
great general business principles at this event.
Invest in you future.
