[entrepreneurs] TEENAGER JOB SERVICE- RETIRED PEOPLE JOB SERVICE

The backlash against mexican workers in most states along with new
worker laws leave the low end service sector with a severe shortage of
workers. Most states make teenagers come in, stand in line and fill
out lots of forms to try to find a job. The state job service is not
any more user friendly to the employer.
Suppose you want a easy stay at home business that you can set your
own hours and make some money.(A wife of a unemployed veteran-Someone
with a disability-Anyone who needs some work) Set up a small website
where teenagers can sign up without a hassle. Call around to food
stores ,junk food places, small contractors ect to place them. Charge
twenty per cent of the first fifty hours for the referal. No charge if
they dont work out. Bill them for fifty hourd the minute they hire
them. Call the Business the day after you send them there and ask if
they hired them. State on the website that referal users(THE BUSINESS)
must agree to pay the fee.(This idea is a service from a retired
businessman who can no longer work but likes to help people out.) BOB
