Shorten your "promotional" brochure if the $1.58 is too high. Do a highlight one pager or 3"x5" and then refer them to your web-site address - a teaser card. I like book marks - nice relaxing picture on one side - some of your stress balance advice on the other - just enough to make them interested in going to your web-site. A book-mark, you might be able to leave just about anywhere - local library, college library, doctor's offices, etc.
I think it was also mentioned about having a down-load-able version. I would also add an mp3 version as well.
One last comment - I thought that $1.58 for a brochure delivered is pretty low. But like I mentioned earlier - is you develop a smaller readers digest version as a teaser for the full one - that might be even cheaper.
