Give us a snapshot of your condition. My reasources are? My target market is(who are the people you intend to serve with your business. 1.Demographics:where are they-why do they want your service or product-how how much do they make and can afford to spend- were do they live physical location-What can they afford to spend-Do they need your product.2. Business statement: what is your game plan for success. 3. Advertising plan 4. Economic plan Where will you get the start-up money (Practice your presentation you would give to possible backers ( bank-relitives- friends- local business investors) 5. Begining balance sheet-Money and reasources-liabilities-costs-Assets ect 6. Guidance- What you hope to do and how you will go about it. Where do you hope to be in one year five years ect. DO NOT LET THIS PROCCESS WHIPE YOU OUT-DUE ONE STEP AT A TIME AND EDUCATE YOUR SELF AS YOU GO.
