Is this going to be a business, or just a hobby?
I ask because your answer will help determine what you stock. If it's
a hobby, then stock it with whatever suits your fancy. The collection
of items will be an expression of your personality.
On the other hand, if it's a business you're going to want to stock
stuff that people want to buy. Your collection will be more a
reflection of THEIR personality than just yours.
