I notice that i get about equal number of sales from Australia and USA.
When in fact i get a lot more visitors from the US. Maybe 10 times more.
Does anyone have any suggestions on why the Americans are more hesitant
to buy?
I sometimes get an email from someone in the US who wants to pay over
the phone rather than online.
It seems Americans have more fear around buying over the internet than
those from other countries.
Anyone else noticed the same?
What can i do to help make Americans feel more secure about an online
purchase?
