[entrepreneurs] Get Traffic to my website

Does anyone now any low cost effective ways to get traffic to your website. I have been blogging,article submitting, ezine,email blastin. I came across something call the adblaster. I wonder if anybody had used it before. Can anybody suggest some other ways to get traffic to my site. Can anyone recomend a site that can help me make video emails to send out to people.
