Our family would love to come and learn about real estate investing.
However, our life situation right now makes it financially unfeasible.
My husband was laid off from his job last month. Our 15 & 17 year old
sons had been advertising a yard/handyman business with my husband
coaching from afar for about 6 months. We were working towards my
husband working with them, but God's timing was a little sooner than
we had expected. So all of our time and resources right now are being
put into quickly growing this business to sustain our family. We do
not use credit cards and with a large family, our cash is quickly
dwindling as we try to get larger paying jobs coming in.
As my husband, and now my boys, can do anything construction-wise, be
it new construction, remodel or rehab, we would love to learn from
your real estate days. We've talked about wanting to get the boys
into a buy-fix-flip business. We just cannot afford to do so right
now. Our immediate needs are immediate and cannot be put off. God's
timing is perfect, so we will trust Him in where he currently has our
family.
In Him,
Laralee
