Have you tried a press release locally because maybe
they will list something if you offer a free 30 minute
consult. I know local papers here do that at times.
I also have gotten good results by writing articles
using 3 word phrases and submitting them to
ezinearticles and buzzle.com . For instance I wrote
one on employee appreciation day and it is on page 1
in google. You can find different 3 word phrases that
aren't too competitve and write articles around those
phrases.
Also is there a local craigslist near you because you
can put something there too.

"Hi, I'm new here. I'm an experienced (over 10 years)
paralegal and
licensed private investigator. I've been self
employed for almost
three years now and really need to ramp things up.
I know I need help with my website, such as I need an
order form and
probably different pages for different services. Also
currently I
have no way of tracking visits or where they are
coming from.
At first I was told niche, niche, niche, so I've tried
to concentrate
on medical record canvasses and medical record reviews
for self
insureds, insurance adjusters and insurance defense
firms.
I've thought about hiring someone on a contractor
basis to market/sale
for me.
I've started doing some speaking/training to
paralegals (doing it for
free for now) in hopes of getting work. The work
hasn't come but now

Now with the economy the way it is I think it's wiser
to expand,

office, from client intakes, form preparation,
bankruptcy petitions,
etc.

this.
Open to suggestions on how to focus and get a true
plan together and
low cost way to attack the website issue.
