[entrepreneurs] Second Business

Dear Entrepreneurs,

I own a Liberty Tax Franchise in Springfield, MO and when the tax season ends on 04/15/08 my customer base is obviously pretty much gone.

I am looking for another business that I could operate out of the office I leased. I considered a bookkeeping and accounting service and underwriting insurance. Big problems there are, a lack of clientele and no advertising, not even in the yellow pages.

I have also talked to a business that forecloses on homes. Suppossedly they get the leads for you and you get paid when the foreclosure is finalized and the house is purchased by their investors, who have lots of money according to them. It cost $15,000.00 to get all their materials, training and tutors to help. I've declined their offer twice.

I have given some thought to the Make Money at Home websites, but haven't done a lot of research yet.

I would appreciate any thoughts anyone has on the things I have considered. Also any information or suggesstions you have for a business I could put into my ofiice would be welcomed.

Respectfully,

Burman Walker
