The very best way to learn to enjoy speaking in front of a group of people is to join "toastmasters". They walk you through everything you need to know and are constantly there to ensure that you'll be the best you can be. Google them and you'll find a local group near you. It works, I've done it and loved it. Now you can't get me away from the front of the people in a room!
