I have several home-based businesses. One is a direct selling one (which you already did) and the other is an eCommerce site. That, personally, is my favorite. I've learned so much about this incredible medium.
There are tons of ways, but you can begin with eBay or Google. They both have great training and have ways to make money. You can also find your niche and begin your eCommerce store. I, personally, found this the most rewarding.
I've got some more resources if you'd like. Whatever you do, great choice!!
