It's my understanding that titles cannot be copyrighted. On the other
hand, they CAN be trademarked.
On the THIRD hand, the Pareto principle (also known as the 80-20 rule,
the law of the vital few and the principle of factor sparsity) is
pretty widely known and used. The 80/20 principle is so similar that
it's not likely to be able to be trademarked.
Check with an Intellectual Property lawyer to be sure.
