Are you a part of an professional VA organizations? I would start there you can get wonderful advice and direction. On and off-line conferences and e-seminars are also available. I am not sure where you are located but there are also regional organiztions that have face to face get togethers and they will be able to assist you with rates, and other important things for your area.
