to first read "Patent it Yourself" by David Pressman...
It walks you through the whole process.Pressman shows you how
to decide whether to manufacture and market your product yourself....
You can always call a professional researcher, graphic artist or
patent attorney to help you over the rough spots and you
pay them an hourly fee.
It will cost you a lot less than hiring an attorney to handle the whole process.
