The first step is to have passion or interest in whatever you are
doing. Just look at some of the post and you will see different ideas,
products or service but you can tell the ones that are excited about
what they are doing.
The other thing I have learner over the course of my life is to not
try to do it all myself but build team or groups and share the
rewards. It allows a business to grow much faster.
