I think this a GREAT idea. One of the key areas you should focus on with your business in this "niche" is to PR it to death! You must talk, talk and talk about it to literally everyone you meet. Eventually the word will get out and you're business will take off. Of course this isn't going to happen overnight (I wish it would) but when people talk others begin to listen and explore your offerings. Hallmark did it, why can't you?, right?
