Hi everyone, I did not introduce myself before properly.
I am Karmen and I am getting ready to leave for China in a few days...
It is a delay again...but I know it's God way of protecting me... ..
and I will be gone for about 14 days and it is all for work...
I work for a large company and we do some manufacturing in China...I wear
many hats and I am very involved in Sales/Marketing/Product development and
responsible for many other areas...
I attend Saddleback Church in Lake Forest CA...and Pastor Rick Warren is
our wonderful Pastor there. A few weeks ago I was so moved by what I
saw at the Church and I remember driving home and asking God to show me...
Well he has a sense of humor and he did pretty much straight away..
I wanted to do something to make a difference in someone else's life.
We have a Career Transition Ministry at our Church which is available to
people who are making a Career Transition...it is brilliant....We had
hundreds of people who showed up for this event..and every week it keeps growing.
It was hard to believe this was a simple Church...When it is God's plan he
makes everyone come..:)
It is run so well and has great sources of help available...
I started my little Ministry on Mothers Day night after everyone went home I started my blog......and called it bigjobidea...
I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer...
This is a place to help people find jobs which are sent to me...to inspire people...I am their cheerleader... ...to let them know what programs are available for them...
encourage them, and keep them motivated to see the bigger picture...and many are single moms...and depression and fear creeps in....
These are extra smart people who have a few degrees under their belt...
This blog was started not to make money but to help people..
In the short space of time I have been going I have over 1k visitors and it
is growing daily..If anyone has any great suggestions I would greatly appreciate
hearing from you.Any great advice I welcome it...
