Before spending thousands with an attorney go around and do your homework...to make sure there is nothing like it on the market.
Many times people get stuck into spending too much money on patents before
they even get out the door...do your research very carefully.If you live in a
smaller city you may not have seen it...
Ask yourself how unique is your product is????...I was so mad recently when
I visited my girlfriend's mom..She had paid like 8K to a company that takes
out Patents on TV and it was not worth the paper it was written on..
She was taken advantage of...

I've been seeking to have my patented product manufactured. It is a
reusable plastic storage bag with an entirely novel closure system.
Presently, I have been making these bags on my own with a heat sealer,
and they are fully functional.
Since the product will be sold for a relatively low price, I cannot see
the feasibility of continuing to hand-make each one.
I have not been able to find a manufacturer willing to retool so as
implement the new closure.
If anyone has any ideas on how best to proceed at this point, I would
be grateful.
