Re: [entrepreneurs] Re: Product Liability

For your kind of product the Insurance Liability does not have to be as high or
over what the stores ask you.. Most stores ask $2 Million policy...
and it just depends on which retalier you are dealing with...

Never stop calling,...if the distributor does not call you back or a buyer...
start dialing  and calling them and say you are following up with them...
do not ever give up...

I once called a major buyer 48 times and left voice messages for her...
until I got hold of her...

She said that was persistance...and apologised as she was extra busy and
she receives over 300 calls per day...from all over the world people call her
and leave messages..

It takes days before she can ever get through them all...she made an
appointment to see me...

If you believe that your product will bring enjoyment or help to people...
keep plugging.

It makes me smile as for years I have seen  the "OVERNIGHT SUCCESS"
stories however it never mentions that it took years of sweat to reach that
top ladder...and many years of plugging ... .

I wish much success, Karmen

Thank you Karmen! We have many many products within our three
companies, But this one is my favorite and the one I push the most. I
have been trying to get our bath packets into the hotel/Motel/ bed and
breakfast area for a couple of years now. We did get one contract
with a small motel last summer and also this summer, to supply them
in every room all summer. I am continually sending out free sample
packets to as many places as possible on a weekly basis and have
already to applied to be a supplier to the major chains such as
Marriot, Hilton etc.(no word back...lol)

These packets (envelopes)are the extras you dont get from the
hotels. For kids and adults- Sizzling bath salts, bath caviar, sea
salts, bubble bath confetti, bath tints, epsom foot soaks etc.

Right now we are personalizing them for businesses and they are our
number one sellars. We even sell them empty and others fill them with
whatever company or products they represent. (Avon, Mia Bella Candles
etc)

Kind of new to the whole product insurance thing.
