success is their best friend and yet everything gets taken away
from them..
Each person is made up differently and we all have been raised with
different values. Some people want to work a few hours a day and collect
a zillion dollars each year.
If you focus on money alone it will never make you happy in the end result.
It's having passion for what you love to do and working towards your written
goals and it helps to write them down as I am living proof of this.
The most important thing to success is living with integrity in everything
you do even when no one is around to see. There was a time some years ago
when I walked away from a major sale because I would not do what
a major retail buyer asked me. I explained to her why this item would
not work for her chain of stores and her her target customer would not buy it
as I had done my homework.
Another sales person came along right behind me and sold it to her regardless
of the consequences. That item was a major disaster for the
buyer and when she finally recovered she personally called me and thanked
me for my wisdom and we started a new relationship after that.That buyer
has now been promoted to a VP.
My parents always enforced strong ethics in us and and said that
at the end of our journey all we can take with us forward is our good name.
I think people who continually plug along and not give up and do it the right way
eventually do find success however it may not be in our timing.
What success means to one person is completely different to another.
When you give more then what you expect back and work on helping others,
good things always have a way of finding you.
I love reading everyone comments here and most of all the sharing that takes place.
Right now I am packing and leaving for China late next week due to my work
commitments and I will miss this forum until I get back.

Unfortunately, 90% of our beliefs are unconscious...we are unaware of them. So if we have an unconscious belief that we don't deserve financial success we will sabotage ourselves in business.
If there is something in your life that you desire, have set an intention to get or experience and you haven't received it yet, you have a belief that is stopping you. Clear the belief and you will succeed. Simple but not always easy.
