The thing that I noticed immediately was that the subject line for
each bogus email I received was the same as one I had recently posted
to the group myself. So, Ben, when you replied to Patrick via the
group that you wanted the "saving money on food" book, that was the
email that triggered sheedyjames to email you. Now, because you got
the book from Patrick, you think the email was legit. Not.
I'm not a longtime discussion group participant, but I thought all
groups had owners, moderators or both. Mr/Ms/Mrs Moderator....can you
please take action with Yahoo on our behalf?
I have no idea what happens when you click the link in the sheedyjames
emails, but I'd say this...it can't be good. Don't.
