Subject: [entrepreneurs] Thank You from Oskies' All Organics Dog Treats
Hello all,
I just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for all
your valuable advices. I am forever grateful that I have found this
forum and you guys really just made my day.
I am still struggling in keeping my cost down. Buying online for my
high quality human-grade organic ingredients really isn't going to
save me a whole lot of money so I have no choice but to buy it at
Whole Foods. Regarding my unrefined organic virgin coconut oil
(VCO), now that cost just as much as the gas in the pump. I would
not scrimp on that in my recipe because that is my selling point and
my Chief Taster (Oskie, my dog) will have a major fit that I would
do such unthinkable thing.
I have lots of positive responses for those who bought my treats.
Many commented that they have not seen their dogs reacted like that
just for the treats. They asked me if I had added some illegal
drugs in them that their dogs just gone crazy. Actually they can
eat as much treats as they want and still won't gain weight.
Per your advice, I will now take my merchandise to the high-end
groomers, boutiques, trainers, kennels etc Regarding shelf life,
since there are no added preservatives, additives, hormones,
pesticides and artificial coloring that will stain your carpet, It
will only stay fresh for a good 6 months in a tightly lid
container. I don't keep inventory. I bake my treats the day before
I sell at the market. Whatever I don't sell, I donate them to the
shelters or to my Senior Citizen neighbors who are just like me on a
financial diet.
Btw, please visit the photo section and you'll see Oskie's all
natural dog treats. Let me know what you think of my packaging.
Again, many, may thanks for all your help. Marilou
