with the wide variety of business's and people on this site. My
current business is BeehiveGPS. I sell gps units that help small and
large business owners manage their business better by watching the
delivery vans/trucks and seeing that the deliveries are on time and
that new employee hasnt gone home and not performing the job. Great
product, just need to get more advertising.
That is just one small aspect of our home-based business. We are
currently trying to start a real-estate investment group of
financiers that would like to make a nice profit by helping us get
the groundwork and utilities into our subdivsion. We are in fast
growing area with plenty of jobs for oil field type work and
services. However the problem is that there is not enough affordable
housing. We need to get our land 'entitled' so that we can go to a
lender(bank, credit union) and complete the subdivision. What I need
is to find some capital investors to help us with paying the
engineers and get the ground work started. If you are independently
wealthy and want to help us and make some money for your efforts
please email us, or if you have ideas on how best to find venture
