I recommend you read your agreement with Ameriplan closely. I suspect
you'll find language that either expressly prohibits using their name
as part of your domain name, or that claims ownership over any domain
with "ameriplan" in the name. This a common trademark issue - one that
you'll likely run into if your domain is successful.
I suggest you NOT include "ameriplan" in your domain name. You'll save
yourself trouble down the road.
