One of the most powerful things I've found is to focus on the team. Making sure people feel valued and supported. I like to provide as much mentoring as possilbe.
Actually with the InVeStworks model that I use, it's the 1st part of the equation, the companies are 2nd.
In fact the power of working with a team really hit me last fall. A new detox tea company started up and several of us joined at the same time, maintaining our then current geneology. In short, I was in profit the 1st month!

Not only is it possible but it can be easy to create MSIs.
Using the right types of companies, with the correct approach,
you can create MSIs in one effort.
And by shoe string budget I mean $1 a day!
MSI are one of the "Billionaires" secrets.
I'm 2yrs into working with people building their MSI's and I would never go back to just having a 'day job' :)
